Day 16: Powell, Idaho to Missoula, Montana. 55 miles.

We enjoyed our overnight stay at the Lousha Lodge.  The foos was great and tne room comfortable.  Ron was bothered by hearing the man in the next room snoring!

The 13 mile ride to Lolo Pass summit was not as bad as we imagined.  Maybe we are becoming stronger.  Since there was a slight decline most of the way to Missoula we decided to come all the way.  We arrived a little before 4 pm. We stopped first at the Adventure Cycling headquarters.  We had our picture taken for their "wall of fame" of cross country cyclists.  Plus they had free ice cream and gave us commemorative bandanas.  That is worth riding over 750 miles dont you think.

We are staying two nights here for a rest day.  Right now we are doing much needed laundry.
